1. Agreement

By accessing this site, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription from Hasdak ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Services

Hasdak provides creative, design, and growth services on a monthly subscription basis. The scope and deliverables of each plan are described on our pricing section and may be updated from time to time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel work that falls outside the agreed scope.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor. Your subscription renews automatically on each billing date until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will retain access until then.

4. Refunds

Because work begins as soon as a plan is activated, payments are non-refundable. If something goes wrong with a charge, contact us within 14 days and we'll review it in good faith.

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any brand assets or access needed for us to deliver the service. Delays caused by missing input do not extend the billing period.

6. Intellectual property

Final deliverables produced for you are transferred to you once the relevant invoice is paid in full. Hasdak retains ownership of underlying tools, templates, processes, and any pre-existing materials, and may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for anything unlawful, abusive, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hasdak's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via the site or email. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
